Anything below 70% and I'm not satisfied. I like the Lindt as well, but Ghiradelli is still my favorite. You should try the Lindt 85%. You may enjoy that as something in between the 99% and the 70%. I like the bitterness of the 85%. I agree that the 99% is an acquired taste. My mom loves that stuff. She's also grown up on nothing but European chocolates (lucky!). Mmm...
